Yes, but expect every single user picture to be in a loving circle for no damn reason.

Edge is fast as forget, and once ublock support is added it will be the best one ever.
the difference in speed between any modern browser is not really worth mentioning
none of them can magically make your connection faster, and everything else they normally do is going to be happening too fast for you to notice
(but still, even its speed is questionable at best)

so what really matters is everything else
like extensions. chrome has a huge library of extensions, and so does firefox

also open-sourceness. edge is not even remotely open-source. chrome is mostly open-source, and firefox is entirely
I like open-source things, so maybe I'm biased about that. but I think anyone can see the appeal in knowing exactly what's going on in your web browser, if nothing else

If you're not a terrorist then why is privacy an issue?

Windows 7 is tried and true, and Windows 10's features aren't enough to make me upgrade (I did upgrade on my Win8 laptop though)

The only thing I might consider upgrading for is the workspaces thing.

windows 10 seems pretty good from my experience on one computer with it, but it isn't that much better to justify upgrading the other computer i have with windows 7 just yet (also i'm waiting for more theme customization, especially with transparency)

They actually added more in the newest win 10 beta.

First and foremost, colors are back! Users can now choose a color for the Start menu, taskbar, action center and title bars. In addition to being able to toggle transparency, an option added in previous builds.

Every time I leave it minimized for a while (like while playing blockland) it dies. Music from youtube video keeps playing, but nothing else... completely unresponsive. Have to restart it.

Does this happen for anyone else?

Make sure your not using any experimental things in about:flags.

I don't use youtube through edge anymore, I recommend you check out a client called mytube from the store, it says it cost money but the trial is unlimited since buying it is to support developers (many apps do this)

sorry if im late but

this article seems like it has an army of strawmen behind it
It seems it brings up a lot of good points, like how privacy isn't just about hiding bad things, how privacy can still be violated even if no information is revealed, how survillance can harm first amendment rights, how privacy invasion can also include bureaucratic misuse of data, refusal of letting people know how their data is being used, stuff like that. I'm not sure where the strawman comes in.
