Author Topic: Anyone else think Call of Duty is overrated/has flopped?  (Read 2526 times)

The game is pretty much a cash cow, with zero skill needed
the milk is sour now.

i realised during adv. warfare how trash this franchise is
the game with the longest dev cycle in franchise history, shipped with the least content
(talking about adv. warfare)

the game itself is alright, but when they release the same game several times there's a problem

The game is just "Shoot the bad guys" the fanbase is stuff, the milking is stuff, the dlc is stuff. In case you couldn't tell I hate CoD
But yeah, I do agree, the games are indeed falling in quality.

I can make you one if you want, just give me a pic to edit.

forget me
i suck at desicion making with more than 3 choices

It's overrated and very much overdone, but I still like it.

Call of Duty WaW remains the best CoD imo.
Others are trash
Except for CoD 4, that one was good tho

it's a good arcade shooter for when you don't feel like thinking much

I think it would do good again if they stopped trying to be titanfall, stopped pushing a game out every year, and started to go world-at-war again.

People who are actually intelligent should stop buying the game and giving them endless amounts of money every single year.

People who aren't the least bit intelligent pre-order it every single year and then find something to complain about.

Everything is a stufffest after Black Ops 1, but zombies could be it's own game if they included at least 6 to 8 maps in it. Never get tired of some good old zombies. They'd cash in on that for sure and they know it.
