forget, I haven't played with my emblem at all because it seems to tank the performance for some reason, I should get on that.

Same, both computers I've tried it on drop to like 2 FPS when I start changing the emblem. ;-;

Oh man the CQC is so much nicer in this game than in MGS4 and before, It makes being stealthy more pleasant, not to mention that it is much harder to "run and gun" than in other MGS games.

Oh Stealth was fun on those games too, but CQC was just a pain, and despite not being a third person shooter, it was easier to run and gun in MGS2 and 3. In this one you seem to be a lot weaker in terms of health and automatic weapons are awfully inaccurate in this one too.

I think I'm misusing Quiet as a buddy, doesn't seem too great to me so far... or I'm just way too attached to DD.  :(

I need some help figuring out what just happened. I will explain my problem in really tiny text to avoid spoilers. This involves a sidequest that occurs at about 10% completion, it becomes available around the 10th official mission (the ones where it recommends a rocket launcher)

<sub>I was just on the part where you extract Emmerich from the base camp, when Sehantropolopodop appears in that cutscene. I call D-Horse and start to run, the helicopter guy says he can't land until I "lose" this giant Metal Gear. So I keep running away from the base camp when I accidentally leave the mission area. The screen blacks out, and when it comes back in Emmerich is gone and so is the Metal Gear, seemingly. I fly back to Mother Base and there's no cutscene or anything, I'm just here. Did I break the game? Is something supposed to happen now? I feel like we just witnessed the unveiling of a bipedal Metal Gear and there's no cutscene with Ocelot or anything? And where is Emmerich then?

Also, when I look at the side op in the side ops list it appears to be already completed.</sub>

Edit: I figured out what happened. I left the mission area so apparently it just ended the mission for me and I have to redo it. This game is loving stupid sometimes.
