If you've ever heard of stalker, it plays a lot like that. It's a very hardcore apocalyptic shooter, where you'll find nearly every resource to be severely limited. The game is very morally grey, and usually it's a matter of survival rather than heroism. It's very good, but it gets sometimes p spooky so be aware of that.
