The concept was a joke, albeit it a bit of a dry one. It'sa humorous concept.
Petitions that have loads of support don't even get acted on, so the idea of having bad ones result in a ban was a joke.
It's tongue-in-cheek poking fun at bad 'petition' topics like this one.
These forums aren't a democracy, and I don't expectt hem to become one.
