forgot to mention, the UN vote is open.
UN Proposal by

Place the UN main HQ in Switzerland by consent of Switzerland, as recent talk of placing the HQ in NYC would be questionable to the East
and any nuclear blast in NYC would absolutely abolish the integrity of the UN GA and the UNSC.
UN HQ will be in the Palace of Nations currently in Geneva, with a sum of 5,000,000 granted to Switzerland to extend, expand, and improve the current building. An advisory committee of the UNSC and other major states in the UN will make sure this money is put to use.
This is notable because Switzerland is defined as a specifically neutral state. This, of course, would require Swiss participation and would not, in fact, require actual Swiss membership inside the UN.

oh and btw the issuing of the UN HQ in NYC wasn't actually decided yet... it was decided in 1946. same year. ok yay
