he actually wanted me to redo it anyway because he's going to switch around some things and make the West specialize in one side of the tree and East specialize in the other (specifically, switch survey, west is on the left and east is on the right.)

I hope it still means you don't need a main battle tank for mounted machine guns on armoured cars, because I designed it with the tech going down/getting upgraded

this was intentional so i could make the navy title blue
also the way it works is that any specific tech requires all techs to the left of it and above it; it's not how i would have designed the tree, but nonnel's the one who designed it so--
