I swear whoever made this battle.net authentication bullstuff needs a bullet in their loving skull.

So I try to log into my battle.net account to play some starcraft 2. I know I got my password right but it still asks me for my loving authentication code. The problem is that the authenticator was on my old phone that is completely dead so I can't do stuff. My icloud stuff wont restore and I never wrote down my authenticator serial number so there is no possible loving way I can put it on my new phone. So I try to remove my authenticator and this is when things get loving handicapped, it asks me for a GOVERNMENT ID. Something I NEVER attached to my account in the first place. forget to even make a loving SUPPORT TICKET I need to have a government ID. So I have no loving clue what to do. This pisses me off so much. Every time I want to use battle.net bullstuff like this happens and now I have no loving clue how to play the games I paid money for.

Yeah and I can't remove the loving authenticator or move it to my new phone without a government ID that I never attached to my loving account in the first place.

I shouldn't need the authenticator in the first place for logging into my loving account.

I had to remove my authenticator a week ago because my old phone died. I never 'attached' my ID to my account. I just sent them a photo of my ID, which I guess they cross-referenced against my payment details, and within a day it had been removed.
