Also I don't think the "ONLY X SECONDS UNTIL THE NEXT X PHASE" should be in all caps it's pretty annoying.

So why is it not OK then? It's an enjoyable game-mode that is being privately held by a person who doesn't know whether they'll ever host it again, and refuses to publicly release it. Remaking it, publicly, is the best thing for the community.

in this situation i would have no regards for ethics, this is just a game modification. if this were an actual game i'd say otherwise.
if reinforcements is withholding it instead of giving it to someone that can host it, in my opinion, he's the bigger richard here.

This. I love this game-mode, and even asked Rein if he would let me host it, or hand it down to someone he trusts more.

He said no, so I thought about asking some friends to help with re-creating it, but I was wrapped up in other projects and soon jes came along and took it up. Thank you.

Kinda what I was thinking, as much as I asked him to host it. He's actually a pretty nice guy, though.
