Funny thing, I ran it in a PS2 emulator. I was able to get the game rendered at 3200x2400 at 60fps and my PC is a mid-range build.

i'm also running a mid-range build and it ran like five butts

the emulation seemed accurate but the FPS was awful. my CPU is probably the bottleneck since it's terrible though

Play TY gamecube with Dolphin instead, Handles emulating it far better.
