Author Topic: Is it really worth it to buy a new console?  (Read 2109 times)

my computer sucks and I can't afford to upgrade it

that's why I'm stuck on consoles

I actually searched for games for both consoles. The ones that interested me at PS4 was no mans sky, and pretty much no other game was for me
Yeahhhhh, No Mans Sky is also coming to PC, so you're probably better off sticking to that.
I think I will do what sir dooble said. I will wait, and actually I will check to see if their prices lower
If you look in the right places you can find them for pretty cheap, one time I saw a boxed MCC Xbox One selling for like $250.

I know all the games I listed are coming to PC

but my PC cannot run them as a console would, aka slower and I would have to reduce the game options which makes me sad most of time

Most PC games on medium look better than their console counterparts. I would just save up for a desktop computer.

then just spend the money on a pc you could get one that could run things probably better than consoles for the same price assuming you build it yourself which isnt hard

Build a 400 to 500 dollar PC. You will get a lot more games and fun out of it.
Fun is defined by the person. Say he's a more casual gamer. Casual games generally have larger playerbases on consoles than PC. BF Hardline, for example.

I'm sitting on this also

I think I'm gonna trade my Xbox 360 in and if Best Buy is still offering the deal, buy an Xbone for $175. I'm gonna wait until November until backwards compatibility is out and most of the games I'm interested are out too.

BUT I'm rarely playing my 360 in college now so I'm doubting getting anything be in PC, PS4, or Xbone

are you pc dudes looking forward to playing uncharted 4 or were you looking forward to play arkham knight

haha ahah ha thats why i have pc and console i get everything
