I'm not sure
If there's a motor, it's a HDD. If there isn't, it's a SSD.

Phone charges fine.
Happened to me a few times where my phone charged fine but the wattage in the line was low enough to make my computer not run. Try something that consumes about the same like a freezer or a TV.

no luck. Also no disc.
Make a bootable USD drive if your BIOS can boot to USB. Check on the web for help.

can you get into BIOS atleast

Bring it to a local hardware store an ask how forgeted it is up

yeah just take it to a local computer shop
if it just forgeted your OS they can usually fix it for 50 bucks, maybe 100 at the most

Monitor doesn't turn on at all.

Also I think my PC is HDD.

have you looked at the mobo to see if anything is burnt

How would I be able to tell? The internals look the exact same.

there might be burn marks somewhere, usually near a capacitor

sometimes it'll smell weird if it's that burnt

No it looks fine. No smell either.

Monitor doesn't turn on at all.
then how did you get the bluescreens

I had blue screens after the first power outage, and after the second power outage I have no monitor activity

if it keep rebooting itself, your hard drive is probably toast. same thing happened in my old computer.

I just unplugged/replugged all internals and cords, no luck.

if it's an error pertaining to ntfs/the file system, then it's likely that your hard drive is forgeted. chances are your hard drive was in the middle of an important cycle when the surge hit and it probably corrupted itself.

So could I just swap hard drives?
