-hoth is awfully one sided and a completely canonically-contradicting clusterforget, the latter part i wouldn't even mention if the devs didn't toot their own horn about how authentic they wanted to be
-heroes are awful, then again they were always awful even in older battlefronts
-vehicles as pickups is awful
-rocket launchers as pickups is awful
-controlling turrets feels awful, like the part that rotates is made of frictionless material, i can't even describe it but it feels wrong
-loadout customization is awful
-health regen is absurdly fast, if you see a baddie duck behind a rock you might as well forget about them
-why is survival rebels only
+sullust is fun for a cod of daddy-type gamemode
+im surprised it actually runs on my computer, and runs pretty well on lower settings for that matter, considering the hardline beta was literally unplayable
It's better than I feared, but worse than I hoped. It's not the worst thing to happen to video games, but its certainly not what I want from Battlefront. Also, anyone who says this installment is just Battlefield with a Star Wars hasn't played them both because even though I don't like this very much it's still forgetin miles more fun than current Battlefield games.
definitely not worth 60 bucks, the forget outta here
I'd buy it on sale for 20 bucks though
Sums up my thoughts on the matter, 60 bucks is too steep for something that looks like it's going to be this shallow. The other gamemodes look like they could turn out to be neat, but still not 60 bucks neat. I'd probably be willing to pay 30 dollars, maybe 40 at the most if I had a buddy who was also getting it.
