well i think it's a pointless idea to put an embargo on the country that's occupying you

a country with a mutual defense pact with the u.s. and a u.s. naval fleet stationed there does not need to increase their military out of unfounded paranoia
plus you are arbitrarily expanding your military which is not a good way to counter a made-up excuse

reverse your military expansion
surrender to the u.s. military

he has formulated an extensive plan actually. I haven't shared it out of privacy and because having two players control Coalition forces would be a major drag. The US makes up a massive majority of the troops and is in overall command anyways

hard to predict what coalition forces will do after the storm has passed as Iraq will almost certainly have reinforced its own positions
