Author Topic: Officially of legal drinking age  (Read 6084 times)

The articles are citing studies done at Harvard. Are Harvard studies not scentific either?

Not to play devil's advocate considering recreational use of marijuana isn't exactly linked to any substantial causes of cancer, but even a Harvard study can be wrong. It all depends on the variables of the study.

Then reference the Harvard studies. A Times article is about as scientifically legitimate as any starfish here posting their opinion along with some links to Harvard studies.

Oh my god you people.
Shut up about the loving health effects of weed. Nobody cares and this isn't the damn thread for it.
Make your own topic to bitch and moan in.

my uncle drinks jack daniels and coke a lot
he says its pretty good

im afraid to drink because of my personality
im afraid i will quickly get drunk, again and again until its just that downward spiral of drinking until it ruins my life

Whenever I'm visiting the family on a holiday or something my dad has Pepsi and whiskey out. It's pretty gross in my opinion but I'm also not really a big liquor person. If I drink liquor it has to be straight up, not mixed with anything.

Oh damn i didn't see this, Happy birthday man!

I love a good beer tbh. Not like generic stuff beer like budlight

Legal drinking age is 16 for me. I'd suggest flavored beers or cider if beer is of good taste to you. Prosecco is nice on lazy afternoons or special occasions, and bubbly works well for the latter. If you're more of the stress relief type, I'd go for harder drinks or whiskey, but personally don't suggest it. roostertails of any sort for the party life. Straight vodka if you want to commit liver Self Delete.

It's good to start experimenting so you know your breaking point better. If you stay a stranger to alcohol, you'll end up wasted one way or another at some random party, and that's no good.

That's right bitches, I am now 21, give me free stuff recommendations of alcoholic beverages
send me pics

Yeah obviously breathing in smoke isn't good for you, but cannabis smoke doesn't cause cancer.
Do you exclusively smoke pure cannabis?
Most of the smokers I know smoke a cannabis-tobacco blend (it's usually how it's provided to them from their dealers), and that is going to have links to cancer, because it contains tobacco.

And while it's not cannabis doing the damage, I dare say a large majority of cannabis-smokers also smoke regular cigarettes. It's anecdotal only, which isn't good evidence, but every cannabis smoker I have ever met also smokes cigarettes.
So perhaps the habit of smoking anything isn't a good one to get into.

I like Lagers and Bitters, as well as Ciders.
I'm not particularly keen on the likes of Rum, Whisky and Brandy, even when mixed.
I have not tried a lot of it, but I didn't mind Vodka alcopops either. They're not particularly high volume.

Mead is also really nice (I got a bottle for my birthday), extremely sweet, but it doesn't half leave a very very warm feeling down your throat and in your belly. That was very strong stuff.

Also, I forgot to say in my first post, Happy Birthday!

Berliner Kindl Weisse is personally my favorite beer. They have multiple crisp fruit flavores and none of them taste like piss water.
