It had a super neat intro tutorial with the original English voice cast, The aiming feels pretty smooth too, the only problems I had during beta was weird stuttering, I know my rig met all the specs but it feels a little poorly optimized. Also you only get one char to start and of course everyone picks Motoko.
Your right about the reskin comment I guess, it does feel aloooot like combat arms, but I don't super mind the arcade-y feel
