but the problem is: how are you going to get players (mayors) to get the GUI to enact those without forcing blg's required addon bullstuff? forced server->client command transmission (remote command execution sorta business) or what
downloading the client will be completely optional, and some of the stuff that requires guis will use center print guis instead
so as mayor you'll be able to audit bank accounts and maybe chose which guns/drugs are illegal and control how much money the gov gets from taxs and what not
i decided that the lamest way possible to do this is through server commands so i've designed a centerprint gui system and charles has built some rooms for different gui's that you might experience in-game for stuff like managing employees as police chief or doing mayor stuff or whatever
if some of you are worried that instead of a city rpg this will become a gui rpg don't fear i don't plan to stuff these gui's everywhere
so yeah here's a demo of what the mayor would see when he's changing laws n stuff

there'll be some music that plays as well so you get a good menu experience
note: the design of suburbia has changed and you will have no direct way of deciding which specific guns are legal or not. same with drugs
sorry if you already answered this question but do you have an idea when you will be hosting this?
i'm thinking in about 2 months but i'm not promising that. i thought that this would be done in december of last year so take my release date predictions with a grain of salt
