the dollars thing was because charles is a dipstuff and passed the brick tax law although you should've been able to plant or be refunded if you couldn't

ok there's 8 pages of bugs and general confusion caused due to no tutorial and vague error messages from the server so we'll make sure to fix all that stuff for the next test

I know the brick tax can be appealed but if we're trying to make this more fun than other RP servers then the system needs to change. How about lots have a limit of the amount of bricks you can place in it, then you can always upgrade your lot to support more bricks when you have the money. Then the tax can apply to lot prices and the amount it takes to upgrade your lot.

the brick tax has to be specifically enabled in the law section and has a warning message not to do it, the problems with it came about because passing laws and looking up laws isn't obvious to players
