also destroyerofblocks was perma-banned even though the only stuff he did on that server was hammer a vehicle and kill a bunch of people a couple times (the killing part isn't against the rules)

a warning will be posted first, and before destroying the build i'll be making sure that the creator of the build sees it before i delete his lot. i'll make a sign that has a bunch of tips, like using lego sets for inspiration or whatever. if the creator of the build doesn't see the sign in like 5 days (means that the creator of the build hasn't joined the server to see the message) then i'll delete it and refund it
