Ike's point wouldn't help as much as you'd think.

I mean considering it's already illegal for underage minors to smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol, I don't think outright banning them would be the way to go. You're kind of right in a roundabout way about the common thing. Alcohol and cigarettes are commonly abused by minors, probably contributed to how commonly and openly they're sold.. but so is marijuana. I doubt decriminalizing recreational use of marijuana would change that much.

In fact, just as a little tidbit, marijuana being legalized in Colorado actually made the illegal recreational use of marijuana among minors go down.

Its funny tho because medical marijuana is so loving easy to get too.

These are states that have either legalized medicinal used and or decriminalized weed, in one form or another. I believe the number is 26 states. Just over half the entire nation.

It takes like $25 - $40 to get your doctors recommendation, and like 15 minutes of your time. You can start buying medical grade marijuana right away. Hell, you could get your recommendation via Skype, and have weed delivered to you.

"hi doc, I got some anxiety problems"
"yo fam here have a weed prescription"
"ay thanks doc"

I stuff you not this is literally the process. They discuss your "ailments" and then you're set. Get headaches somewhat often? WEED. Back pain? WEED.

Just out of curiosity, what kind of "ailments" would one need to claim, and how would one find the type of doctor who would do this?

Not much, honestly. Headaches/migraines, chronic pain, anxiety, stress, etc.

And you could go on weedmaps or leafly and look for near-by doctors that give out the recommendations.

I'd love some medical marijuana for my back. Sadly my state is in the complete illegal zone.

Exactly how does it help with your back?

Not trying to sound rude or anti legalization here

It's a pain reliever. A very efficient and fast acting pain reliever. It fixes symptoms, but not conditions.

Relieves pain and is an anti-inflammatory. While high I can actually walk because I'm not suffering from really bad sciatic pain

ppfft i hate weeds they mess up my yard >:((

"I like cocaine therefore I think it should be legalized."

Get out of here with this cuck-forget strawman garbage. Everyone has given you legitimate logical reasons why your thought process is flawed and all you've done so far is insult recreational drug users and McDonalds employees.

This is exactly my point though.
If cigs were banned, kids would not be able to obtain them easily but still would. If the weed ban was lifted, weed would be so much more common with minors.
Idc if you're like 80 and you want a hit though.

Ike's point wouldn't help as much as you'd think.

Weed is already incredibly popular with minors. I can name maybe 7 people in my entire year group that hadn't smoked weed throughout their entire highschool career. Legalizing it wont make it any more popular than it already is, it would just decriminalize it. We may have more 'autists in mcdonalds' (nice perspective you got there buddy*) but it's better than having more innocent teenagers in prison for illegal possession charges. Not to mention it's not going to be sold to minors in the first place (in colorado you're not allowed to posses marijuana under the age of 21. just like alcohol. except weed rarely kills people and destroys families.)

Once weed is legalized we can start taxing weed and the FDA can regulate it. These are both good things. It means drug money is flowing back into the government budget for things like education, instead of going to the criminal market for things like love trafficking. That's an extreme example and a bit of a false dichotomy but you get the picture: it's going to more noble places.

*psyke you have no perspective at all

Weed lowers your intelligence.

Your posts lower my intelligence.

P.S.: I don't smoke weed.

Weed lowers your intelligence. "It kills cancer cells!" It kills every type of cell in your body, along with brain cells.
Usually the epidomy of trash work at MD's. They consist of heavy marijuana usage and when they get their minimum wage check, they go but more weed because their emotionally addicted/relied upon.
Wow this is such an unbelievable crock of bullstuff. THC is benign to all the cells in your body you uneducated forget. It basically only interacts with your cannabinoid receptors. I am a frequent weed smoker who has straight A's, spends time with his family, works out everyday, and enjoys a multitude of recreational activities. If every pot head was mentally disabled then maybe your argument would have some traction, but the fact that myself and many others can smoke weed regularly and still lead healthy productive lives is still a big blind spot in your whole argument.

If weed lowers intelligence then Sheep must be a regular toker
