To the people who say they don't agree with abortion under any circumstance:
What if a women was raped, and would die if she gives birth. Additionally what if the child was going to be born with a horrible disability with a high fatality rate? Is it really more moral to let a women die and a child suffer for a few years and then die, rather then killing a fetus?
If the child/baby/fetus/whatever you wanna call it is totally healthy and everything is going smoothly, I don't think it's right to just kill it.
Accidental pregnancies: Absolutely not. If you didn't want a baby, you should've used protection (or reliable protection) and it's your fault.
Incest: This shouldn't even happen in the first place with mutual acceptance, so of course not. If it isn't mutual, it'd fall under rape.
Rape: I'm on the fence on this. Tbh if a woman is raped, something like a morning-after pill or some sort of doctor visit/intervention would be okay to make sure she didn't conceive. A woman who doesn't get help from it and lets a baby continue growing without telling anyone though, should not be allowed to have one imo because she just made the situation partly her fault.
Birth defects such as missing limbs, Down's Syndrome, etc: No. The child can still live a happy life and contribute to society under
most circumstances. If they can't, it usually won't be apparent until after the child has been raised.
Not sure if I missed any situations. Covering medical issues below:
Now if the mother and baby are both in grave danger and there is no other option, then I guess it would a termination would end up in the list of things for the mother to choose from. I don't think there are many, if any, situations where the baby is totally healthy and the mother's life is put in danger because of it. Even if that's the case, such as she can't give birth normally or carry a full sized fetus in her womb, then she could just have a C-section prematurely. Not ideal, but at least there's a good chance neither of them will die. I'm not saying that I or anyone else should have to choose what the woman decides, since it is her decision. I'm just saying that if she makes the decision to kill the fetus, then she won't have my support or applause, and that if I get a chance to vote on whether or not abortion becomes widespread, I'll vote no.
he's going to say yes. it doesn't matter how horribly you try to word it
he might try to beat around the bush about it but whatever he says, deep down it's going to mean "yes"
You made me cry bro I'm so sad :(((((((
