Author Topic: Steam Escrow - new steam trading feature that could kill bot trading  (Read 10363 times)

If you didn't have to redo it every time you log in, I'd be completely fine with it. It's nice, it looks nice, it works nice, and is convenient.

Those without phones should have an alternative that isn't emulators, or mock programs.

Nah, this should go through. It simulates the experience of creating a market and having it forgeted up by someone in an authority position. Very useful lesson for real life.

Honestly the problem is people who don't want to use Steam's app for whatever reason. It has its problems, but it's really a nice app. Last year I bought a bunch of games during the summer sale while I was out of country in Spain. From my phone. Thousands of miles from my computer. I could chat with anyone on my friends list just the same. Now you can trade on your loving phone. It's great. Again, it has some bug problems, but it's otherwise fantastic.

Not everyone has or wants to have a smartphone. Most do, but that's not an excuse to alienate those who don't.

I accidentaly left the mobile authenticator open while my phone was locked
That stuff sucks my battery dry within minutes.
