I honestly find it stupid that nearly everyone here don't care about newcomers, it's like a police officer getting angry at a person who's an immigrant, doesn't understand a lot of English and is confused.

No, he's been told countless times how to improve and what not to do, and yet he has good enough comprehension to respond to all but those comments appropriately.  And when he does respond to them, he says stuff like "Omg guys you hate these I'm locking."

I think the kid is just trying to fit in while also incorporating what he likes. He doesn't really bother me but at the same time I haven't really had to interact with him. I don't see anything wrong with what he does except act "immature", which may very well line up with the average maturity of someone his age (idk how old he is though).
