This is that "issue with authority" thing that usually gets people banned in the first place. Rules are arbitrary. Never have I seen a server where you only could be banned for reasons limited to the rules. If somebody who is a host of their own server and they don't like Kahnu, they don't have to answer to anyone if they ban Kahnu. The host does not need any justification to ban somebody. With that said, it appears as if Kahnu's favorite pastime is lowkey trolling and if this thread has shown anything it's that him not getting his way in the slightest (aka not being unbanned immediately) leads to a severe temper tantrum.

Honestly a well respective forum member wouldn't have been mistaken for MoltenKitten so easily so I doubt this brown townogy even works. With that said, people tend to be biased towards people they like or respect.

if they're a common problem user who spams/causes stuff (on the forums or not), I would think that's a pretty good reason to ban them from my server. what I don't want on my server is known morons who would come on and start stuff, I'd rather prevent that before it happened and ban them on sight

it's not completely illogical to ban someone who's dumb on the forums if they've made their reputation on here horrible to begin with, you can give me "but they might act different in game!" all you want but if I haven't seen how they act in game and just see them being an idiot on here then that's their fault, first impressions really do make a difference

The thing is that Kahnu wasn't banned because he's a troll but because Akio jokingly claimed he was an alt account of MoltenKitten. The question is whether or not MoltenKitten deserves to get banned that quickly

ive noticed that the people who screwed up on the forums and really want to change have been generally nice on my servers. now the people who think they're funny and havent been called out at all are extremely annoying and in fact I should start banning them in a heart beat
