Gaster Blaster?

I had an idea for a Gaster Blaster weapon in Blockland. I'm not sure if it'd work though.

Gaster Blaster
Fires a large white beam that fades after 1 second
+ No limit
+ Can be placed and aimed anywhere
- Takes about 1 second to charge
- Must be placed
- Only deals 1 HP of DMG every 1/30th of a second

Is this possible? I'm not even sure if there's a model for it or anything like that.
I would do this but I'm terrible at modeling and coding. :(

I think you mean does 1 damage every 1/30th a second (0.03 seconds). Undertale runs at a frame rate of 30, not 100
