you claim to give preference to harvest members, an undisclosed list of people.
you are choosing a winner and then throwing out all entries, meaning people have to reenter, giving unfair opportunity to those few who are constantly following the topic (this is not how giveaways work anywhere).
you have changed the title in such a way as to make it look like the contest is over.
you won't contact the winners to tell them they have won.
you have hidden a rule in smallprint saying the winners have to contact you to claim the prize in 24 hours or get nothing.
you have not edited the op to include a list of winners, so they have to go through the topic to find out. most people won't do that if they think that the topic is just full of people entering.
You may have chosen 2 winners but you have made it purposefully difficult for people to win, to know they have won, and to know how to claim their prize.
If this were an actual competition by a company it would be illegal.
