Author Topic: donald Annoying Orange probably disqualified from running (unconfirmed)  (Read 14456 times)

bruh. srry. didnt see
I'm not very well versed in the constitution and the American politics system, being Canadian and all. But, as far as I know the republican party has every right to disqualify someone in their party from being picked. If he was independent, then it would be a different story.
Again when we talk about disqualifying we mean as a candidate(I think)

A candidate cannot be disqualified unless they can no longer continue their campaign and drop out.

AKA they put in jail/scandal/ratings poop/they die.

Nothing Obama has done was unconstitutional. It was well within his reach to pardon (illegal) immigrants from their (federal) crimes and he didn't "sneak" in Obamacare. You can't "sneak" a single-party bill through a committee, the reps, and the senate. If a congress has a hissy fit they can impeach a president.

The United States has a great government in the sense that we have checks and balances. Take a high school/grade school course, please.

Wait a second your saying its constitutional legal* to exchange "five high-ranking Taliban" for one soldier who deserted our country, if that is the case we are forgeted really hard in the starfish. I also dont need to take a highschool course I watch the news... I probably come off as an idiot because when i type all this stuff about politics it pisses me off so dont mistake me for an idiot, please.

Well, let's see. You're fifteen, and I'd estimate your mental age at approximately ten. I've seen plenty of eleven and twelve year olds that don't quite match your stunning performance in this thread, so I'll settle on ten. IQ is (mental age / chronological age) * 100 so we've got (10/15)*100 = 67. The cutoff for mental handicapation is 69, so you've made the cut my buddy.
Wait, is that really how IQs are calculated?

Yes

He doesn't want anyone who could be associated with terrorism to enter the US until we have the current situation.
It is not the Constitutional right of the Arabs, who aren't from the US, to have freedom of religion. That applies to US citizens.
Just because we allow freedom of religion in our US to our citizens, doesn't mean that there is freedom of religion for those who are NOT US citizens.

The head of the GOP said they don't support Annoying Oranges views. So there's that

no because if newborn babies could talk they would be the smartest people on earth.
Maybe they are.

But then all the dumb adults kill their braincells with stupid stuff. :cookieMonster:

he's planning to take action against people in the united states and potential immegrants into the united states. you can't just say "we're not allowing muslims to immigrate anymore" because that actually violates the constitutional rights here, because other ethnicities are allowed to immigrate while muslims wouldn't be able to. that's denying people rights because of their religion, which is unconstitutional
but you're right, constitutional rights don't apply to other places, but in Annoying Orange's case i would expect his plans to be unconstitutional
also for the fact that they're not us citizens, after some google searching it seems that if these people were immigrating to the us we still have to give them some constitutional rights (i would expect the freedom of religion and the "you can't deny people their rights" parts of the constitution to apply)

edit: after some more research it appears the bill of rights does not apply to people who are in the process of immigrating but i wouldn't be surprised to find out that immigrants have religious freedoms similar to ones mentioned in the constitution

edit edit: after more research, the bill of rights does apply to immigrants as well as foreign nationals. what Annoying Orange is suggesting is unconstitutional

Yeah, cuz forget the basic universal human rights, which includes freedom of religion. And while we're at it, hell yes to treating the extreme overwhelming majority of the 2.1 billion muslims on earth like the 0.002% of CIA extremists. Because that totally makes sense.

It's perfectly constitutional, where in the constitution does it say "no trading prisoners for other prisoners ever under any circumstances ever"? And you come off like an idiot because you are one, no one is mistaking you for anything else. I bet you watch Fox News too.
