The animation and stop motion mega thread

Does anyone do any stop motion? I made a stop motion 5 months ago and quite a few people liked it (I shared it in Pixelpapercraft) hopefully I'll be able to make more stop motion movies later

stop motion was my introduction to everything i know about filming and animating. i used to do claymations and brickfilms all the time. never stuff i would release, since even then i knew what was good and bad and mine where defo bad. most beginning stuff is bad so its expected. id love to get into it again with what i know now though. i just dont have the proper equipment for it :(

Stop motion was also my introduction and I think everyone made bad videos at the start. My first stop motion was awful, I didn't know what fps was and all I had done was make some sort of small lego town where these 3 clone troopers had to break into a mega bloks spiderman's house and kill him. It was so handicapped and it wasn't good at all XD. But now looking back at some of my old stop motions I realized how better my recent ones are compared to the old ones, if you want to get back into it you don't really need proper equipment for the start. I don't even own a proper camera or tripod all I use is a old iphone 4 and I use a foam cup that was cut in a specific way to hold my iphone 4. I'm not poor or anything its just most equipment for stop motion is expensive and I don't think my parents want to waste money on stuff I might not even use a lot.
