My name is Adalwolf Braunau, I was presented with the fief of Trost from the King, I intend to leave how the town runs and operates up to the decision of the elders though, as I do not live in this area and do not want to toil with the locals traditions. The caravan is making slow progress due to the amount of carts having to be maintained and driven, however, it is making steady progress nonetheless. So far, no serious attacks have occurred. The caravan is currently resting near Bern and will be crossing the border shortly.

You return to Shirvan and recruit 7 untrained footmen, and later to Toqorra to recruit 3 more. The sands are quiet as your party marches, a first in your time here.

Adalwolf returns to where he was attacked (with the scout and two footmen) and inquire to the scout if he can pick up a trail of any crushed foliage or blood.
The scout admits that the bandits hid their trail well, but he can still detect with some certainty the whereabouts of their camp. He points northeast for a potential bandit enclave.

Search Pskova for suitable adjuncts.
You enlist the help of 4 untrained archers looking to make their mark. Any other stand out individuals have probably moved on by now.
