Make 28 footmen into mounted archers

The town watch doesn't want your caravan clogging up traffic, so they're allowing you to walk alone into the town and do your dealings. You must leave your caravan outside for the time being.

Vincent abides..

He walks in through a pedestrian gateway and into Tarmoth, instructing his caravan to go onto the side as to not block the way, and be wary for any bold bandits.

Turn two untrained footmen into archers, head for Rassvet castle.

I'll join as Merek of Luca.

Originally a farmer from Luca, he was banished at the age of 38 from the village after an accident that resulted in the poisoning the town's water supply. (The gods told him to kill them all.) Gathering up his life savings, he set out onto the road, hoping to find work as a mercenary, and prove his innocence before the gods!

I'll go to Porteschu, looking for equally ambitious men to join me in my quest.

Head to Tsarigrad.
Your party packs their things and you depart for Tsarigrad. Your party is assaulted several times by Narvik raiders landing and promptly running away, injuring a few of your men.

Make 28 footmen into mounted archers
You recast your remaining footmen into mounted archers, gathering the horses from merchants. Your budget is quickly running dry as a result of the mass purchases.

He walks in through a pedestrian gateway and into Tarmoth, instructing his caravan to go onto the side as to not block the way, and be wary for any bold bandits.
Your caravan settles down outside of Tarmoth's walls, awaiting your return.

Turn two untrained footmen into archers, head for Rassvet castle.
Your party heads east toward Rassvet Castle. The the cold is biting, but your men persist. As you travel along the Avignese border, the patrol carefully watches you.

I'll go to Porteschu, looking for equally ambitious men to join me in my quest.
Your wild ramblings cause uneasiness among many of the village's citizens, however, you somehow convince 3 untrained footmen to assist you in your adventure.

You tell your men of your wild visions, and they appear enthralled rather than fearful.

Merek of Luca has acquired the traits of
Devout and Dangerous.

The Vaasan rebellion, with troops under the guidance of Simo the Elder and the assistance of Sval Myrsky, appears to be coming to a head. The assault on Litovsk will commence very soon.

In preparation for a siege, consolidate any gunpowder in the area to use for bombs. Attend to any wounded men. Eläköön vallankumous!

Also, are there any other Narviks or Carpaccians willing to assist the revolution?

I was going off the assumption that gunpowder arrived in this land around the same time as it did in OTL, ~1250. My bad.

what do you need

what do you need
Well, preferably some trained men to defend the revolution, as the Vaasans mostly consist of peasants with big sticks.
Alternatively, if you could smuggle some gunpowder from the Asia-brown townogue to the south...

Adalwolf heads quickly to the forest edge and alerts his men of the situation, he orders them to hide a bit deeper in the line with a couple men in the trees.

"If you're outnumbered use the forest and it's darkness to cover your escape."

Adalwolf tells the scout to head back and alert the men at the town camps and stay on guard.

Tu Khan: Train all the newly converted men, then go to the border between Kingdom of Narvik and Ogden Khanate and patrol.

head to chantily where I attempt to recruit people

=[Defender Casualties]=
15 trained town watch [melee] killed

The enemy's troop numbers seem much smaller than anticipated. It appears during Casimir's attack, many of the town watch snuck out to avoid certain death. Nevertheless, the Vaasan rebels have successfully captured their home's former capital, Litovsk. Simo the Elder thanks you for your service and immediately sends messengers out requesting recognition of legitimacy. Until then, this is still a rebel movement.

no worries

"If you're outnumbered use the forest and it's darkness to cover your escape."

Adalwolf tells the scout to head back and alert the men at the town camps and stay on guard.
As you wait in the quiet of the forest night, you can faintly hear the rustling of movement en masse coming from the direction of the bandit camp. You suspect some 15 or 20 men are on the move towards Trost.

Tu Khan: Train all the newly converted men, then go to the border between Kingdom of Narvik and Ogden Khanate and patrol.
You train your new cavalry and travel to begin a patrol route.

head to chantily where I attempt to recruit people
The trek to Chantily is long. On your way, you receive word of a Masovian expat attempting to recruit resistance against the Pact in Eire. After arriving in Chantily, you recruit 8 untrained footmen.

Tsar Vladimir the Terrible has issued a decree against Sval Myrsky: any who support him will be deemed an enemy of the Masovian Empire ad infinitum.

Well, preferably some trained men to defend the revolution, as the Vaasans mostly consist of peasants with big sticks.
