First off, I apologize for the cable management that is falling apart underneath, this is because after I got a new monitor I swapped it out from the old one which caused a mess.  Once my new CPU arrives I will be redoing all my cables with a new power strip I got because discounts at work are super crazy loving good

Are you using a G4 case or are you dualbooting?

Using it as a case and it's also an 06 G5 case and next door is my 06 Mac Pro with many upgrades, best 40 dollars off craigslist ever and plus it can house a 240mm radiator in the bottom perfectly.

that is a secksy monitor

Indeed it is, AMD Freesync and all that fancy stuff

cable management is hell

I hate apple's naming scheme to be honest. Though, very interesting to say the least to use it's case for an entirely different build.

threads like these always die prematurely

This is a photo from the 'post your bedroom' thread because I cbf taking another photo (plus it shows off my nice clean room)

My desk is a motorised sit-stand desk. It was pretty cheap because I only purchased the metal frame - the desk top itself is from ikea (which you can see is actually bowing under the weight of my screens lol). I like to stand mostly, although sometimes when I'm too tired I'll put it down and sit instead.

damn that is clean af. Is that a studio apartment?

It was actually just a rumpus room that I renovated myself into an apartment. It's great because I don't pay any rent at all as a result. The deal I made was that I would renovate this room with my own labour and money, therefore investing in the equity of the property (rather than paying rent).

I cant find any pre-rennovation photos, but I took this during my reno (just after I ripped up the carpet and sanded away all the glue). The room was a weird pinky cream colour.

My soon to be updated battle station if that counts, just needs the CPU and it's ready to go
