You run for the nearest Refreshment Chamber, hoping to seal yourself in before the crash. You'll need a 9 DEX Check to reach it in time!

You roll an 18.

You rip open the door, and climb in the Refresher, sealing yourself inside the tight space.

Planr knew what he was doing--it seems as though the shields are broken for good. You'll need a 18 INT Check to succeed.

You rolled a 17, +3, +2 from the Schips™ Corporation, +2 from Autobahn, +1 from Planr, so 25.

You jump to Planr's side, immediately telling him your hypothesis about why the shields are failing! There must be electrical wires destroyed in the bombing, causing the unreliable nature of the energy field! If we just re-route the power distributor away from the breach, the forcefield should go up. The shields erupt into full power, certainly shielding you from some of the impact!
