BlockCity is pretty old so I cant find any screenshots of it
It was hosted back in 2009-2010
It was based on two HUGE Islands connected by a bridge
The only things prebuilt were the roads, every other building was playermade
And it was beautiful

The mod was released to the public, but the download link isnt up anymore

he just didn't have the time to host, probably didn't trust anyone else to host it

i'm remaking it with a bit more fluidity tho, and it'll be released once it's finished enough and tested/etc.
