Texas: y'all nid a brek sun

definitely, but all american accents are accents, including the central american ones

look up "Hoosier accent" that's what I have to deal with in my state

they call bell peppers mangos i mean what THE forget

the "no accent american accent" seems that way to us because it is literally the most boring accent in the world.

I live in southern BC and everybody says it like a-bout.
The Western and Northern US and Southern Canada mostly have the same accent, which is the basic plain one everyone on TV has.

Wow it isn't often that Cool Blockhead posts or hosts :C

Everyone on Flashpoint (Canadian TV show based in Canada) has a Northern / Western US accent.

there are many accents in the US

i'm sure there are also different accents in canada

Nova Scotia says aboat

There is no such thing as a US or American accent. It's just universally accepted that the way people speak in the USA is the correct way of speaking.
uh
no, there may the General Accent accent popular in the west, midwest, and central Atlantic of the US much akin to Received Pronunciation in Britain, but there is no such thing as "unaccented" speech

it's more aboot or aboat.

after knowing mack for 8 or so years, i don't really pay attention to his accent anymore.

I never hear people here aboot, argh this stereotype is so annoying.

abauut

A bay-yoot.
guys stop replying with answers if you don't really know, this is basically like saying all US cits have a Brookland accent
