I don't think I've ever seen an adc as fed as last game's enemy draven.

Proxying it up top, getting that cash money, 200 cs at 18 mins, feeling pretty good, and suddenly a Draven shows up, flash auto 2 shots me.

Had a rot and a rylais at that point, so I wasn't even squishy. I checked his score and his cs was boosted but he was 13/1

Game ended at 27 mins, I looked at the gold chart and saw I was tied with trundle and kat for 2nd most gold. The winner was obv Draven, with 19k gold to my 12k, and I was FED by most definitions.

nah he wasn't actually that bad, our bot lane just didn't know the matchup and out ezreal in particular did absolutely no damage, to the point where the Morgana supp could 1v1 him easily

tl;dr

Rylai's is also on the list of items we'll be changing in pre-season. At present it's too universal a choice, whereas we'd prefer extra CC be something with more of a trade off to it. Not yet sure if that'll mean lowering it's damage (more of a tanky/utility thing), lowering it's health (making it a squishy kite option) or some alternate approach (making it only work with certain spell types or something like that).
