to add, his passive is also really terrible. Late game it's like 300 hp and the mana to hp ratio is so bad that if you want hp, it's much more slot and gold efficient to just buy the house and forego mana altogether. 300 hp is a really terrible passive, especially when you consider that Singed builds tanky as-is.

My proposal for a better passive is that Singed gains more move speed the lower his health drops, like Tryndamere with AD. It fits his gameplay and encourages playmaking while also having adequate risk to balance it out.

He also is really good at pushing lanes but really awful at taking towers down. Perhaps giving him bonus attack speed near enemy towers could remedy it. Malphite attacks faster ffs

the new dragons are real wonky anyways
they shouldn't be random, there should be all four of them each game in the same pattern each time
no stacking buffs because getting three mountain dragons and having a trist / trynd on the same team is just absolutely disgusting

even their icons don't make sense why is the ocean dragon green and the cloud dragon blue???????? i thought green / white was pretty much the universal "this is wind" color in videogames

Yeah, that's the one thing that bothers me about League. Too much random factor.
Critical strikes
Elemental dragons
Zyra's seeds spawn at a random location.
Illaoi's tentacles spawn at a random wall.
Fiora's target's vital is at a random side.
Kindred's jungle target is random until 6 marks.
Zac's blobs from hitting with abilities drop in random spots.
Twisted Fate's passive gives a random amount of gold. His Pick a Card ability begins on a random card, but at least cycles in a specific order.
Bard's chimes spawn in random locations.
Blitzcrank's ultimate passive strikes random nearby enemies.
Draven's spinning axe will fall to a random location if he's not moving.
Fiddlesticks' dark wind seems to be random and not just nearest. With the only priorities being the drain target or something not hit yet. I could be wrong on this.
Poppy's shield will fall to a random location if the target is not killed.

and yet they still can't find a "fix" for rng in their game.

No rng would just be boring.
