speaking of which, I played with a garen top yesterday who stated that playing garen was "ez mode"

Garen is pretty easy though, you don't need to put much effort in to get any reward out of the scenario. Although easy champions can't accomplish many big plays, no one goes to watch a Garen penta because they aren't really that neat to watch.

it doesnt teleport enemies, but works on minions, they said on the page that you can take waves of minions from a lane to another

i dont know yet since there arent any numbers, but i think they really wanted to tone down the power of his machine gun spells but also keep him in the competitive scene explaining the crazy ultimate
