not sure if you can sue for that, but if you could idk if you'd want to deal with the costs
one of my friends dislocated a ring finger over the summer. we were downtown in grand rapids and he completely bailed on a flash gainer. the only reason we walked him up to the nearest hospital to get it checked out was because he wanted a valid excuse to skip dinner and stay out longer without lying to his grandparents. it took them 2 hours just to put a splint on it and send him out with a bill lmao
i had dislocated my right thumb a couple years ago in a sparring match. i tested it to see if i could snap it back, did so, screamed for a second or 2, and it was sore for like a week. it's range of motion inwards towards my palm is very limited. snapping it back wasn't the best move but w/e it doesn't affect me now
