This is only the 360 version of the game but apparently it's the version that was 99.7% complete. Lets hope to god this is another eldorito scenario where the modding community makes this into a thing.

I don't know what the files that actually got released are, but the porting to PC part seems improbable unless like uncompiled source is in there.
But idk the pipeline from XNA to Xbox
