damn, first modern home ive seen since the triassic period.

I like the exterior, especially the overhang that covers the pool.

THe interior needs TONS of work, like, Why is there a floppy door to the kitchen? every modern home ive seen has a really open interior. Also, i dont think most homes have checkered bathroom tiles.

Id either do 2x4f tiles or just 2x2f tiles for the bathroom. and for the main floor. I personally would do hardwoods, Another tip ive learned is dont make the lengths of the floorboards even, While uneven boards will take longer than just using a specific length it will look better in the end!
