Possible but I think it's unlikely. This is typical behavior for Gray Gums. He's already had like 5 dramas the past two weeks.'

It's mostly used as an insult in a joking manner but it makes whoever says it look like a cigarette.

What's even worse is how he doesn't give a flying forget on any of them, much less this one.
