Are you guys seriously making a big deal of something as simple as a few pixels? If you REALLY want it, but Swat 3 REALLY wants to keep it, how about you simply make it a de jure claim? Y'know, so you can give backstories to your nations, like pre-rp relations and the sort.

As far as the trans-gulf claim, it should technically go to Nyn due to prior claim disputes, but I have to agree with Swat 3.  It seems like its purpose is to be a trade leverage device, and can be used as a defensive foothold in the event of war or to act as a deterrent for war.  It also makes nations less willing to provide defense for Anglond, putting it at a diplomatic disadvantage.  Also judging that Nyn currently owns a large share of the fertile land in the region, it makes population growth non-problematic.

Unless you're willing to give up 30% of the fertile land, I will be granting this territory to Anglond.  I will be willing to negotiate this further if you wish [OVER PMs], but I foresaw this problem and should have prevented you from having it in the beginning like I originally thought.



Also, Swat, please reduce the number of cities you have.  The population is 5,000,000, and this is a primarily agrarian time.  You wouldn't be able to survive with an ≈70% urban population.  I'll place 4 cities in total for now.
