Irrigation along the fields is improved and a framework is devised. Citizens are given a set amount of food every week in order to avoid over-eating. Citizens who have a surplus of food (like people who don't eat as much) have their food re-distributed with the poor.

Strikes and riots begin occurring throughout Sonodine.  A mob storms the parliament building while parliament was convened after overpowering the guards at station, trapping them inside.  The group who now holds the Sonodite parliament hostage now asks for ransoms to be paid in order to get them back.  Sonodite intelligence has confirmed that the rioters here are armed.

In the countryside, several storehouses and granaries are burned.  A few farms are burned as well.

They are unable to catch up with them, and are stopped by a sandstorm and turn back.  The next day, they follow the same direction, bringing with them a skilled navigator.  They head in the direction where the hoofprints led and find themselves at Sonodin's doorstep.

An official that represents the King is sent to a Sonodite official (probably in the city or town around the area). A band of 50 soldiers outside of Sonodite city lines prepare to make their way back to Frisia on camel back in the case of any news.
