I gotta be honest, guys.  I am actually finding updating and constantly following this game to be a tremendous consumption of time and attention.  Frankly, I am seriously considering either dropping the project altogether or passing it off to anyone who I

Vlast authorizes Milhamiah to fly Vlastcovite marine flags of convenience.

The government has apparently disappeared...

By Decree of the Oligarchy,

Vlast is demanded to not partake in this war in any form.

If this is not met, consequences shall arise.

Vlast's frigates from patrols of the coasts of Nami and Servis.

Vlast's Executive statement reads as such;

"The government of Milhamiah been taken into Vlast's custody as asylum seekers. We have no intentions of involvement in the war,"

How did Milhamiah get to Vlast? There's a blockade on the only water passage there, two of them actually, and a fleet in between.

Unless you can explain it without some BS.

I'm already up to my neck in updates, so I'm stopping this action where it stands.

A scouting crew goes out and measures the forces of the natives.
The scouting crew is captured just as they manage to find two villages in close proximity of each other.

As far as the war goes, I think I'll just sum it up as the following:

Milhamiah was hit hard.
It's navy was significantly worn down.  The eastern lake fleet was severely damaged by Kyrevian forces.  The western fleet was faced by the invading Serisian fleet, which had stopped in its path.

Kyrev succeeds in severely damaging the eastern lake fleet.  The Kyrevian and Milhamite armies wait at the borderlands at the north shore of the river.  The line battle ends with a Kyrevian victory.  Milhamite forces remain at 5% and retreated in fear.  Kyrevian forces took 15% damage and are still able to do battle, despite minor losses.

Serisian forces create an FOB in the south and halt along the north of the river.

Washkian forces arrive at the outskirts of Shimrath, however, not without encountering a task force on the way.  The city puts up a fight, however, once Washkian bombardments started, Shimrath has been unable to fight back.  Washkian forces charged into the city and occupied the northern quarter successfully.

A much smaller, separate one is dispatched from a "frontier militia" in search of the hoodlums, taking horses, and minding any tracks.
They are unable to catch up with them, and are stopped by a sandstorm and turn back.  The next day, they follow the same direction, bringing with them a skilled navigator.  They head in the direction where the hoofprints led and find themselves at Sonodin's doorstep.

Hey SWAT One, can I expect a ~1500 pop growth? Er, how does that work?
Sure, but it is a little large for a base population of 1,500.

Kyrevan forces consolidate battalions and regiments, moving west along the river towards Zanjariyyah. The boats and barrels, successful in their task, allow Kyrev movement into the lake once more. Report of the success is sent to the Friedrich Wilhelm I.

I'm going to assume that the conference concluded with the last-discussed propositions.

A small force sails to Wienburg and raises up the general negotiation flag.  Prince Önecht Jaema III proposes an alliance and trade route between our two great nations.

The delegation that was intended to reach Sonodine passes through, unnoticed and reaches the upward end of the river.  They establish a settlement at the riverhead.  They begin to plant small fields of wheat and other such staples to support the colony.  Explorers and navigators radiate outward into the high desert, taking with them supplies, and also some spices, salted meats, and other goods to give as peace offerings should the need arise.  Expedition teams begin to map out the desert.

The idea was that the ships carrying the Milhamiah government in exile were flying Vlast civilian flags, as a sort of flag of convenience.

How did they receive the flags? And I'm not sure how that would make a difference, as the water route is double blockaded with an additional fleet in between them. Any ship emerging from the lake would undoubtedly be Milhamite, regardless of flag. And as no sailors of yours are aboard anyways, claims of attacks on Vlast property would be unfounded.

Work is started on irrigating and consolidating springwater to form plantations.

Shaded areas below the mountainside are tilled and overturned to locate moisture.

Except that ships flying Vlast's flag are considered to be Vlast's property.

The plan hinged on the blockades allowing a ship 'registered' to a neutral country to pass.

I will concede that the plan fails.

The first underground lake has been excavated using new technology.
