I gotta be honest, guys.  I am actually finding updating and constantly following this game to be a tremendous consumption of time and attention.  Frankly, I am seriously considering either dropping the project altogether or passing it off to anyone who I

How are you pursuing them if they're moving up?
The forces of Grúzia-Nec continue their assault onto the city, using the Kyrevan artillery support to back them up. The offensives on other areas of Sunyong continue, an attempt to push further into their mainland and occupy strategically resourceful positions.
the mercenaries are going after the Gruzians that aren't attacking Suqiu.
also isn't most of your city's defenses just mercenaries and artillery (most of which is probably getting forgeted up by enemy barrages?)

also no strategic/resourceful positions? sounds like bullstuff really, there has to be something being made outside outside of your city. that is, unless literally everything you make for your country comes from that one city
No, there are soldiers within Suqiu.

Most refineries are in Panguan, but they're not currently in use since it would be silly to be actively producing things like weapons and shipping them since the shipments run the risk of being intercepted.

So who is defending Suqiu? I thought your mercenaries were the ones holding those lines.

how do you have teleport tech already?

im pushing into your territory, I don't get how your soldiers are suddenly pursuing and behind me since if I'm already ahead of them they're probably corpses or are ahead of us

No, there are soldiers within Suqiu.
im not talking about suqiu, I'm talking about the war itself lol. you've been using mercenaries extensively

The journalists are escorted out from the country, and reinforcements diverge on Sonodine
Well that was quick.  Headlines in Avalonia detail some of what was seen in Sonodine and express both distaste over the repeated failures of its socialist and then subservient regime and shock over what little is know of the human loss in the nation.  The newspapers as a whole advocate Avalonian neutrality unless the Fatherland comes under direct threat.

i think it would be hard to annex it if the people aren't actually willing

Well, yeah, I would too, but I'd also think that the civilians have self preservation on their minds as well.

That's largely why I'm asking, cause his civs are just kinda throwing themselves at my troops so far.

im talking about stuff like food and other needing resources, i have forces in the countryside after all, and it has no farms?

Wait, so do you mean I've just annexed it? Just asking cause I'm not sure.
no you have not since you have yet to put some people in it
and yes although self-preservation comes into place being enslaved and performing endless menial labor with only a sliver or none at all chance of freedom again and becoming an item to flaunt, and your basic human rights violated is something far worse than death

if you attempt to annex them

i promise you

pain and suffering

without end

farms are along the river.  not much more fertile soil considering it's a desert.

what?  i've been using both mercenaries and a military this entire time?

Okay, considering you guys spew out a page every ten minutes and I have a research paper due in 6 hours, can I get a clean list of things I have to moderate please?

i think we should pause. this needs moderating p much.

do your research paper, much more important. this war's complicated, tho.
but, there are like two fronts and one almost front (marching to r-i)

since context is required and you have school its probably better if we just wait

i think you're underestimating the watershed size or your food production has been critically low

no you have not since you have yet to put some people in it

Well, I mean... Annexing isn't really replacing an entire population. In terms of government, a prominent general will be placed to watch over the regions while available mayors make their way there.

I attempted to extend my land to the right of my nation.

I was going to bring in any natives into my nation and modernize them as well as take care of them.
