I gotta be honest, guys.  I am actually finding updating and constantly following this game to be a tremendous consumption of time and attention.  Frankly, I am seriously considering either dropping the project altogether or passing it off to anyone who I

did the op get partially cut off?

it doesn't look like the end sentence gets finished correctly and the 'useful tools' (forgot the actual name of it) section with the flag makers and probably population calculator has disappeared with no trace

Kyrev declines the embassy request.
So be it.

Former Chancellor Kurt Walter directs part of his fortune to creating a military academy near Cathair Arda for the training of superior officers and soldiers.  Foreign advisers from more militant nations are brought in to supplement and further the training of Avalonian teachers, since Avalonia isn't especially militant and has yet to enter into a war.  He further plans to establish medical and agricultural institutions for the betterment of the nation.

With agricultural investment in Avalonia, including increased irrigation and the use of fertilizer, beginning to bear greater fruit in the form of higher and richer crop yields, a portion of the food surplus goes up for sale in Arcon, where the price of food is higher.  The Avalonian government puts a slight, temporary export tax on staple crops to raise revenue and keep prices in Avalonia steady.

Avalonian economists anticipate that with the Avalonian economy on the upswing, it should be only a couple more years before the economy reaches the level of growth that existed before the depression began.

Avalonia experiences a small wave of travel to various lands, particularly into the South, as the extension of southern nations into Avalonia's sphere has caused some curiosity about these nations.  While many go simply as tourists, some become citizens and residents of these nations.  This, in turn, causes the amount of mail between Avalonia and the rest of the world to elevate immensely as Avalonians abroad write home to their families about what they encounter, including other Avalonians who moved away during the Great Migration.  Travel books regarding Avalonia's various, far flung, neighbors become somewhat popular in Avalonia, adding to the growing fields of writing and printing.

I thought you established one with Arcon way back.

Anyways it tends to be a good idea because during conflict, it secures one's citizens in a foreign land.

Serisian embassies will provide service to Kyrevan citizens like passports and correspondence

In response to the wave of travel, Grúzia-Nec's border along the north is set up to be more-so 'established'. This is, as well, done with the eastern borders. These actions involve bringing up somewhat hastily-made fortifications to be manned and guarded by a minimal military police-like force. From this, mail being brought in from Avalonia to Grúzia may face difficulty or delay along their route. Though, as for Avalonians who have been able to find an area to live, may write with the mentions of the rather dense, industrious cities along the Lehr or Rhon rivers, or possibly the vandalized or impaired and more slum-like labor areas of the annexed lands which once were Sunyong, which seem to be receiving much less food than they may have before.

The Gendarmerie is founded within the K.g. Army, (kaiserlich-georgien armee) being responsible to act more as a policing or occupational unit. Alongside this, the standard military attire receives a small change. Rather than the same large, rounded hats that had been common for infantry in the earlier times, are now replaced by smaller service ski caps. This, along with newly made pike-grey uniforms, become the new standard for the military, though specialized and cavalry forces receive newer helmets rather than caps.

Woah there, Plethora.  Can you please kick that down to around 10 mil?  As desert nations, we don't have food in good supply enough to support this kind of growth.

Also the calculator on p 148 is to be used in the future for these sort of things.

Anglish citizens and livestock are falling ill due to unknown reasons.  It is found that most of them lie within the Frisian river basin.  No accounts of death due to this mysterious disease are reported.
