I gotta be honest, guys.  I am actually finding updating and constantly following this game to be a tremendous consumption of time and attention.  Frankly, I am seriously considering either dropping the project altogether or passing it off to anyone who I

also i was wondering, what may my population boost from annexing sunyong be? i haven't added it in yet but i was kinda confused since i had to split it some with romek-inen and lost 10k from sending some to someone else
Add 2.6 million.

hol y stuff was there a typo here or
My birth rate is period accurate.  But whatever.  Whatever.  My nation has plenty of fertile land and hasn't had any wars to thin the herd or anything, as opposed to Romek or something, but whatever.

I do want to point out that I've had that birth rate for a few decades now and nobody stopped me.  I think a bit more than 10 mill is reasonable when you consider that the conditions aren't unripe for it.

Also, can I get an update on local response to Avalonia's annexation offer to that postage stamp of unowned land at my border?  Time's taken to bust up my population numbers but not address expansion.
Avalonia steps into the last bit of unclaimed land as a temporary measure, and makes the same offer to the natives there it did when it last expanded: become part of Avalonia where you can maintain your unique culture and live in prosperity, or decline and eventually become part of some hegemony that will erase you as a people.

Lastly that tool would be better if you had a row for years since pop was last updated, given that people don't update population very frequently.

well, yeah, it's period accurate if you're the united states with half of the entire north american continent's eastern coast and also not-deserts when you go inland

Around Arconian northern forts, construction crews install speed bumps at a distance of 100 m encircling the fort.

Other Arconian forts worth their salt also receive the same modifications.

adding onto this, the US had a population of 5.3 million by 1800

it was already far higher than this RP's starting point of 5 million by the year this RP began in

20 Million people? Jesus Christ
I mean, with the land your nation has, you should be suffering over-crowding in the cities. Unless most of your population is rural.

don't you have oil wells east of Shasta?

i do??
Romekati land speculators discover oil in abundance 80 miles southwest of Shasta.  A stretch of land is claimed in speculation of a valuable resource.  After a week, Arcon makes a move to claim a stretch of land as well.  Prospectors move in to test drilling here.  As the news spreads, Georgian, Avalonian, Espovs and Fravian prospectors begin drilling under speculation and find oil reserves.

Anglish officials begin to pinpoint the cause for the illness - Serisian health officials are contacted. Meanwhile, advisers are gathered to propose a source. For now, traditional medical treatment is given.

In the Frisian City Health Association, a young intern proposes a cause: water pollution. For now, however, this is merely a theory, but is rather though-provoking, especially since industry lines the Frisian river.

L'zaar Ishibu proposes an idea on how the land can be shared between Arcon, Kyrev, Gruzia-Nec and Avalonia
He sends illustrations of the borders to the countries' leader(s).

Avalonia already grabbed it.  Thank you for trying to be a peacemaker, though.
