I thought you established one with Arcon way back.

Anyways it tends to be a good idea because during conflict, it secures one's citizens in a foreign land.

Also I will run updates, just PM me stuff and I will catch up.

Chancellor Manfred Hall sends a congratulatory case of Avalonian cheese to the leaders of the new members of the NCO.  Trade with these nations increases, and the Avalonian economy gets a nice little boost by it.  The Avalonian economy is, at this point, largely recovered from the depression and continuing to grow.

Chancellor Hall also requests a meeting with Arcon's leadership to discuss future cooperation.

The Vjornsberg Technical Institute breaks up into two campuses, one dealing more with pure science, the other dealing more with its applications.  The two campuses still work closely; for example, the first is currently working on an oceanographic survey which the other will use to improve charts of currents and the like.

Avalonian settlers land in former Wienza, particularly on the peninsula, taking care to maintain peace with the locals.  Locals opposed to all of this are reminded that Avalonia and Wienza enjoyed good ties, and that colonization from other lands is inevitable and likely to be less enjoyable.  Area of Settlement.  EDIT:  Should the land be reserved for potential newcomers for a period, my claim still stands when said period is up, right?

In the capital of Sani Kohet, prospecting is done for ores and minerals of any value.
The same action is done in every other major city in Samhe Sol.

In Ulark Anlaei and Urlark Tau quarries for stone are set up.

He left the RP.  And he said to roll dice to decide who got what in a 10% inheritance.  I got it and got city land in the north with people, and completely undeveloped land in the south.

I'm going to run a poll for the sake of polling interest.

Also nice map, Waru.

update: scotia is still very much scotia

A tall traveller in his early forties cries out in a somewhat busy street of Nazgar.  He is speaking in German, but it is clear that by his accent, he is Flemish.

He cries out as he is trying to support his elderly father, who is seeming to have a heart attack.  He shouts to city police near him for assistance.  People begin to crowd the area, making it difficult for the police to see the situation.

The Arconian parliament, with the approval of President Sir Saville Lamontagne passes a series of laws enacting tariffs on goods of Anglish make due to the unreasonable prices, and the fact that Arcon doesn't trust the leadership and economy of Anglond.
