Avalonia's war machine kicks into high gear, and all sorts of military gear is produced and sold to Arcon and whoever else on Arcon's side will buy it.
Anti-Arconian shipping passing through Avalonia or waters it controls is turned away, and in the event of excessively hostile resistance or obviously repeated attempts, confiscated and auctioned.

airships above the effective range of enemy fire in the Arcon-Espovon Theater to
fly to the moon and claim its entirety for Avalonia provide tactical information to its allies. What Avalonia is using is comparable to that, but seats three: a pilot, navigator, and watchman, and features a more powerful engine allowing it to fly against the wind, albeit at slower speeds.
The Avalonian Southern and Eastern frontiers continue to be fortified with reinforced concrete, and Avalonia increases the frequency of militia drilling, including surprise defense drills to test readiness. Telegraph lines are tested to ensure that rapid communication remains possible, and railway lines and roads are given any necessary maintenance to ensure that Avalonia's logistical network can handle any necessary troop movements.
