Ok, i've attempted to put in multiverse and it seems to be working decently, but there are some issues that require me to disable mypet plugin and to keep the creative world unavailable till i can fix the /sell command on it.

Ok guys. I've got the multiverse plugin to work properly! You can use the creative world now which is accessed with /mvtp creative. I've also added mypet back in as i've fixed the issues i was having with it on the creative world, still unsure of how to store pets with citizens.
